About: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service

(as the patient),

I had come up from Albany. the operation had been cancelled 2 times. go in to hospital recently ready for surgery and at the last minute the surgeon  cancelled the operation.

i am now out $800 for flights and accommodation. Now i have to put up with the pain for goodness how long. I am not happy and want something done about it.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience with the repeated cancellation of your surgery and the financial and emotional toll it has taken. I acknowledge how frustrating and distressing it must have been to make travel arrangements and prepare for a procedure, only to have it cancelled.
