I would like to express my sincere thanks to the staff at Exmouth Hospital for the excellent care provided to my 11-year-old son, who recently required two visits to the Emergency Department for a foreign body in his ear.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. As a paediatric audiologist, I particularly want to acknowledge the excellence in otoscopy technique demonstrated by the staff. Their skill, thoroughness, and gentle approach ensured the assessment and management were carried out with both precision and compassion.

My son, who was understandably anxious, was made to feel safe and supported at every step. The team took the time to explain the process in terms he could understand, which eased his worries and helped him to trust the care he was receiving.

We are very grateful to have such dedicated and capable health professionals in our regional community. Please pass on our sincere appreciation to all involved in his care.
