Recently I was admitted for a small emergency procedure at Albany Health Campus. All the staff were wonderful and so kind. I would especially like to highlight the nursing staff in recovery who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. All the nursing staff I saw (admissions, pre op, anaesthetics and recovery) were amazing, and I think we are very lucky to have such incredible people looking after us locally.

How lovely to hear from you again. It must be two years since you posted your kind words about your experience of having a baby at the Albany Health Campus.

We have shared your story with the Campus’ leadership team as well as the Clinical Nurse Manager in Theatre. They will share it with the rest of the team. We are very proud of the service that we deliver to our community and love to hear from our patients. We always strive to ensure that all our patients receive safe, high-quality care delivered with kindness.
