"Unhappy with care and concern provided"

About: Wonthaggi Hospital / I-MED Radiology

(as the patient),

I presented to the ED recently as I thought I was having a miscarriage. I was sent home as I had an appointment for an ultrasound the next day (the day of writing this). I was ten minutes late for my appointment as I have been in horrific pain all night and morning. The administration staff member told me I couldn’t have my appointment even after I had explained my situation. They told me I could only come back 8 days later. I’m not happy with the care and concern provided.
