"My wonderful care at the infusion clinic at Prince of Wales Hospital"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / PB2W - Ambulatory Care & PDL

(as the patient),

I attend the infusion clinic at PoWH every 3 weeks for therapy. I look forward to these visits as the unit is run superbly staffed by an incredible group of nurses who I believe are the ultimate professionals. From the moment I arrive I am made to feel welcome and the 6 hours passes quickly with the staff responding to any emergency promptly without fuss or panic.

I am in need of this treatment for the rest of my life and value their care and attention greatly.

Hello wearingeb56,

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback with the POWH Ambulatory Care Unit (ACU) team.

The ACU nurses provide a high level of care for all patients, and it is wonderful to see the staff provide such person-centered care which has you looking forward to your 3 weekly visits to the unit.

Your kind words will be passed onto the team, and I again thank you for your positive feedback for the team.

Kind regards,

Justin O'Hare

Nursing Co-Director, POWH
