"ESWL Equipment"

I have 3 kidney stones, 1 stone in my right kidney and 2 stones in my left. 2 years ago I had the same large stone and went to the same urologist and got it removed internally, and that was very painful. I was in pain up until 2 months after surgery. I couldn’t imagine doing it again.

Now I talked to a urologist in Auburn, NSW. They gave me a form about ESWL removal of kidney stones and said the only hospital to do it is Prince of Wales Hospital. I just called the urology department and asked about ESWL. They told me that this equipment has been permanently stopped. I asked if there’s any other government hospital where the service is available, they said no, not at all.

When will this equipment become available? I can’t afford to go to a private hospital. I need to make this equipment work.

I am requesting for POWH to please make this equipment become available. I can’t afford to go to a private hospital. I rang the private hospital and they said it would cost me 10 to 15k to get it done. I cannot do the internal drill again. Please make this equipment rework so that I can get my kidney stones removed.
