"Fantastic Experience at Day Surgery"

Recently I attended day surgery at Busselton Health Campus. I had been expecting the normal busy, run of the mill  experience, i have had on many colonoscopy procedures in the past at both private and public hospitals. However, this one was quite different; from front desk reception to admitting nurse, then pre op preparation where things were busy, but the staff had a jovial spring in there step and there was such a great vibe in the room.

The whole experience was a quantum step up from any past experiences i have had in hospital, and it didn’t end there. Theatre staff and doctors were also very happy and friendly, followed by superb care and kindness in the post op recovery, before release to go home. No one likes going to hospital, however the staff at Busselton made a huge difference to my experience, which i am forever grateful for, and i have subsequently  passed my positive positive praises to my family and close friends. For any future hospital visits, Busselton will be right on the top of my lists, so thank you to all those fantastic staff in the Day Surgery department. You are all stars.
