"Hospital emergency department waiting experience"

I took my partner to the TUV ED because one of their fingers hade gone purple. It took 3 hours to get an x-ray and we where still sitting in the waiting room for another 3.5 hours.

6.5hours at the ed and they could not tell us how much longer we would have to weight. My partner has MS and was in their wheel chair the whole time and I have a bad back, and the chairs in the hospital are the worst.

We had to leave as we could not handle the pain of sitting in those chairs any longer. I find it astounding that people have to wait this long to get treatment in an emergency department. I believe there where people that hade been there a lot longer then us.
