About: Exmouth Health Service / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

We attended Exmouth Health on two separate occasions for our eldest child’s ear concerns. We are interstate travelers, so were nervous about attending an unfamiliar place (along with our worry about the health of our child). The administration staff were extremely warm and welcoming, putting us at ease quickly. The nursing staff were kind, caring and professional and we were triaged quickly and professionally.

The doctor was fabulous, funny, kind, warm, knowledgeable and he really took his time to explain what was happening and a follow up plan.

Thank you Exmouth Hospital!

I’m sure this allowed you feel well looked after and focus your energies on supporting your child through this situation. The team at Exmouth are committed to providing kind and compassionate care for all our consumers and it is always a pleasure to know when that has been successfully achieved. I shall ensure that all the staff see your feedback and know how much they were appreciated and I will add my own thanks here for all they do for our community.
