"Birth experience"

With the wonderful, kind, caring and professional help from the entire maternity team involved in my care at Wodonga Hosptial, our beautiful baby boy was delivered safe and healthy. 

Glenda, Jodie and Kaitlyn in the delivery suite were absolutely superb. I felt so very respected throughtout my whole time in the delivey suite and their kind and professional approach ensured our baby boy received the best care possible to ensure he arrived healthy and safely. 

To the anaesthetic registrar (Dr. Jake?) who was so kind and patient with me when placing my epidural in-between contractions and then following me throughout my unplanned c-section with such care and compassion.l, thank you. And Dr. Alyssia on the ward was so lovely, kind and helpful. Thank you.  

Tess and Steph in Special Care Nursery were truly wonderful. They provided such excellent care for us and our baby boy during his stay in the nursery. And to the team on the maternity unit,  who persevered with me trying to grasp breastfeeding, with a special mention to Annie, Sarah and Zayla - thank you. 

We had nothing but a wonderful experience during our time in the Maternity Unit. Our little boy is nearly 4 months old now and he and started his life with a wonderful, caring team around him. We are so very grateful.
