(as a service user),

I believe it's ridiculous to wait 6h + to see a doctor at the emergency sydney eye hospital. In my opinion, don't call it Emergency!

We sincerely regret that your visit involved a delay of over six hours. We understand how frustrating and concerning it can be to wait such a long time. While our emergency department works hard to prioritise patients based on the urgency of their condition, we acknowledge that extended wait times are far from ideal and can be deeply disappointing.

Your feedback is important and will be shared with the ED departments to support ongoing efforts to improve patient flow and overall service. We are committed to delivering timely and compassionate care, and insights like yours help highlight areas where change is needed.
