About: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I have been looked after very well by all of the Gastroenterology team at SCGH yesterday on ward G 75.

From Dr.Ee, to Anaethetists, endoscopy nurses, ward nurses and HSA staff, all of them looked after me with exceptional care.

I would like to express my dearest gratitude on being so kind and professional towards me. Well done to everyone and keep doing such a great care. Thank you very much.
