About: North Metropolitan Health Service SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

I have been in the care of rehab in the home and I’ve been very impressed with what they’ve done. They did a very good job, I was nervous when I was discharged from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital I didn’t feel ready or comfortable. But with the RITH program I felt much more confident and they have also referred me on to the physio at Osbourne Park Hospital.

I also am glad to see that I can ring up and give this feedback over the phone as I keep getting things sent to my phone to say how hospital has been and I don’t have a smart phone and don’t use the internet so I cant understand what to do. I’ve never been able to give feedback before now.
