"Excellent care from Marylene at Sydney Eye Hospital"

(as a relative),

I accompanied my mother to the Sydney Eye Hospital this week for an emergency procedure (referred from Tamworth Base Hospital). Her main nurse was Marylene and she did an excellent job of explaining things and being patient, caring and friendly. I believe you couldn't ask for a better nurse than Marylene and I thank her for being so good to my mum. I hope she doesn't plan to retire for a very long time because I think everyone deserves to have her as their nurse. I think she should get a pay rise.
