"Sub standard care"

My child was ill and bought them to St Johns urgent care Joondalup. Advised that it will cost $215 but that was reasonable for getting in to see someone in a reasonable time frame.

We were told 4 patients in front of us. Around 1.5 hours later after many more than 4 people went in to see doctors before us, I finally go up and asks what is happening and the young person says my child doesn’t seem to be on any of the doctors lists and they’ll find out what’s happening. 15 minutes later we were still waiting and not even oh I’m sorry we made an error. Just crickets.

Typical corporation in my opinion, got your money and the staff I saw just don’t care.
