"Admission to unit for day procedure"

I was admitted to this outpatients clinic at Prince of Wales Hospital for a simple day procedure. From start to finish, all staff were so warm and welcoming. I was reassured during my pre op checklist and met with a very kind and understanding nurse. I saw how hard the nurses worked in the busy clinic while still remaining patient and kind to all patients. I felt so well looked after and it made my experience much more enjoyable and calming.
