I found the service provided by Tahni to be of a very high standard. 

We attended the hospital for a telehealth appointment. There were multiple delays from the remote side. Tahni was very efficient in following up the delay, keeping us informed and working out solutions. 

We left feeling very positive about the experience and appreciated all of Tahni's polite, efficient and happy service.
