"My procedure"

I was booked into a country hospital for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy.

I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome,  all staff were friendly,  caring and kind.  They all introduced themselves and explained exactly what they were doing and what was going to happen. 

I work in health and really wasn't nervous,  but I did feel a little flutter of nerves at undergoing a procedure,  however the care and diligence of the team really put me at ease. 

I wanted to commend all the staff for their fabulous team work and skill. They obviously work like a well oiled machine.
