About: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service

(as a relative),

I took my 93 year old Mum to visit my brother at Fremantle hospital and would like to acknowledge two very kind and helpful staff members.  

Firstly, Ben from Catering who took time out of his busy day to escort us through the hospital to get to my brother’s ward. He was patient and considerate, and walked at a pace that Mum could manage.  Thank you so much Ben.

Julie from the Community Hub who was so helpful in gaining us access to visit.

At FH our staff are committed to delivering outstanding patient care ensuring a positive experience for both patients and visitors, and your feedback is a reflection of the high standards we strive to uphold.
