"My experience with MGP5"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

This was my second birth using MGP5 and the same wonderful midwife Ginny.

Continuity of care enabled me to feel empowered and confident to make decisions throughout my pregnancy and also when it came to our birth. I had an extremely positive birth and that was largely due to the care and guidance of our midwife Ginny.

I always felt as though my questions were answered and validated at the appointments and that I was provided with world class care.

I would highly recommend any expecting parents to consider the MGP programme at KEMH.

Dear whisperyq86,

Congratulations on the birth of your second baby and thank you for reaching out to share your experience with the Midwifery Group Practice (MGP). Your reflections on the care you received from your midwife, Ginny, are truly wonderful to read. I’m sure she will be delighted to know how much her care and guidance meant to you.

Wishing you and your family all the best.

Best wishes

Delaney
