"The care given to me at Wallaroo Hospital"

I went to Wallaroo Hospital recently with unbearable pain in the right side of my face in particular my jaw. The care I received was outstanding from everyone, the young man at the desk, the nurses, the doctor and the CT scan operator.

The doctor gave me pain relief medication but it didn't end there, because I had a heart attack recently they checked my heart, did blood tests, gave me an x ray & a CT scan. I couldn't believe how thorough they were and everything was done with a smile & a real sense of caring.

Every procedure was explained thoroughly and in layman terms so I understood what was happening. I did spend the whole day at the hospital but the outstanding care I received was top class. The tests that were done showed I also had a virus that I was unaware of. I left the hospital with prescriptions for pain relief & the virus and confident that I had received the absolute best medical care .

I can not praise the staff at the Wallaroo Hospital enough, every single person I dealt with was efficient but even more important they compassionate, kind & cheerful.
