"Poor service"

I was totally disgusted how the staff treated my heavily pregnant relative and myself.  We attended this hospital thinking my relative would provided a service to help her. It seemed to me that the staff were fine to take $300 from us. I felt the staff were rude and whilst waiting in the waiting room her eardrum ruptured.  My relative was in extreme pain - in my opinion, there was no care factor, everything seemed too hard for the staff. The hospital has not provided the care it claims in our experience.
