"Recent care in the SHDH ED"

About: Swan Hill District Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

A few weeks ago, I attended SHDH ED after experiencing symptoms that Dr Google said were a heart attack 😅 turns out they weren’t, but SHDH & Trish in particular, did a fantastic job of controlling my pain levels (thanks chronic injury for deciding to flare in new and interesting ways!), reassurances for myself & partner, thoroughly investigating & genuinely showing care.

After having many bad experiences at SHDH, I feel it’s safe to say they’re working hard at repairing that reputation with me & I was delighted with my care ❤️
