We recently had our baby at Geraldton Regional Hospital, and the experience was nothing short of incredible.

The early discharge program is outstanding — we never felt rushed to leave and were so well supported throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and the follow-up care made the transition home feel smooth and reassuring.

A special mention to the amazing midwives — Tiff, Nell, Jenny and Tamara — who made our experience unforgettable. Each of them brought their own unique strengths: calmness, confidence, care, and genuine warmth. Their professionalism and knowledge were evident in everything they did, and their ability to make us feel supported and comfortable was second to none. They were encouraging, accommodating, and always one step ahead — anticipating what we needed before we even asked.

They created such a safe and positive environment, not only for me but for my husband as well. At no point did we ever doubt their expertise or the quality of care we were receiving. I believe they are a credit to the hospital and to their profession.

Our experience at Geraldton Regional Hospital has shown us just how well-equipped and dedicated the team is. Based on our experience we would strongly encourage anyone planning to have their baby in the region to choose Geraldton.
