Dear authenticfk76,

Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologise for the delay and lack of communication regarding your infusion referral.

I understand that your referral was sent twice over the past two months, and it’s concerning that you haven’t received any contact or updates. This is not the level of care we aim to provide.

I would like to hear from you so we can investigate further, if you would like to contact me on 9194 2855 or Broome.ExecutiveAssistant@health.wa.gov.au.

Warm regards,

Millie Stewart

A/Operations Manager
