I had a hip operation 8 years ago and afterwards I was going to hydrotherapy, 3 times a week for I don't know how many years. But I've had complications and don't know what happened. I think it must have been my heart as I had fluid retention and big blisters on my ankle and when they burst they had to treat them as burns.
I was doing HSI because I couldn't get back to hydrotherapy. But I wasn't able to put weight on my feet for 4 days. I used to walk a lot and suddenly can't anymore. I then had physiotherapy way back in July. I asked my physio what exercise I could do at home other than what I can do in hydrotherapy.
I just want to say I was completely satisfied. I wasn't expecting this service to start with so I was very pleased. I do my HSI exercises every day all the time.
She came the following day and then came the week after. She was pleased because I kept doing my exercises and the third week she only rang. I had to do my exercises. It's very important. There's nothing like being mobile and being able to drive.
"Completely satisfied"
