About: Royal Perth Hospital / Outpatients Surgical Clinic

(as a service user),

The Royal Perth Orthopaedics Outpatients Nurses was extremely busy today. There were lots of patients very unhappy with the wait times.

The clinical nurses in the corridor showed kindness and compassion to the patients unhappy with waiting. Even in the face of patients being impatient and harsh, the nurses remained calm and caring towards the patients.

I would love if you could feedback to the nurses in these clinics that their patience and kindness is very much appreciated!
