"Great experience in ED"

I recently presented to ED at Royal Perth Hospital for a minor fracture. The volunteer, triage staff and clerks were professional, kind and patient and happy to answer any questions.

I went to the Rapid Assessment and Decision Area and didn’t have to wait long until I saw an Advanced Scope Physiotherapist. The physio was very professional and helpful.

I feel having an Advanced Scope Physio in the ED made the process much faster and made the experience of being in ED much smoother. 

I expected to be in ED for hours because it was a minor fracture, but with helpful triage and nursing staff and the Physio, I only spent 45 minutes in the ED. Thank you team!
