Just had day surgery at Bunbury Regional Hospital and it just really annoys me how the media carries on like pork chops about how bad that hospital is.
The service from start to finish was unbelievable from the team there, I’m not sure of the name of the nurse that I initially saw when in reception when you first go in but there was another nurse that looked after me in post-op. Her first name I think was Sally, it was unbelievable how good the service was and how much they cared.
In my experience there is genuine care and compassion for you as an individual, just how genuine and how awesome the whole team is that you encounter. Everyone from go to woe.
In post op you experience that nurse that assigned to you, she just made me feel that I mattered and just you know wasn’t rushed at all. Then she'd go off and do exactly the same for somebody else.
