(as the patient),

We are moving back to Qld and would like to thank all the people that made my experiences with all people involved at RPH and SCGH for their excellent care they have shown myself.

I have had multiple conditions, which is challenging, however the Cairns Base Hospital are taking back over and they will give me the same level of care.

I wish to thank the Oncology and Neurology Departments at SCGH, also the Renal Department at RPH. A big shout out to Dr Thomas at the Renal section at RPH. Once again THANK YOU everyone!,
