"I was admitted to hospital with vertigo"

About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as the patient),

After discharge, I was attended at home by Rosie the physiotherapist.  She gave me useful exercises to regain mobility which have proved beneficial.  She also arranged for at home visits from an Occupational therapist and a Speech therapist.  Visits from all three were very timely and all were courteous and useful.  Rosie made subsequent visits and I have nothing but praise for how she organised the treatment program.

Dear encryptionqt76,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with the Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) team. It is fantastic to hear that the support you received from the community teams was received so well by you. We have passed your feedback onto Rosie and the RITH team and wish you all the best for your ongoing recovery.

Kind regards

Hannah Whiting
