Just wanted to thank the team in Emergency Department for helping me to manage my situation and get me back home promptly 

From the receptionist and triage RN Jess ,RN Helen and all the great staff I saw there, special shout-out to Dr Jeannie who was prompt in delivering care , knowledgeable and reassuring despite the busyness of the Department 

Back home now to recover I felt very supported there.

Thank you for this lovely feedback! I know the ED team work very hard to ensure each individual patient receives the best care possible and I am grateful you've taken the time to acknowledge your experience.

I have read this story to our ED team over the past 2 days in our daily ED Musters, and the feedback was recognised today at the hospital-wide Muster as an example of how our Health Service is providing 'Connected-Care, Best Experience'. This is a motto and the culture that we strive towards at Swan Hill District Health. I am proud to hear our multidisciplinary teams are working well to provide this standard of care.
