The colonoscopy procedure that I experienced at the Billington Centre at the Prince of Wales Hospital was professional, efficient and delivered with kindness and care. The communication before, during, and after, the procedure was clear and inclusive. The procedure itself was straightforward, painless and quick. The anaesthesiologist and the surgeon performed their roles superbly. The nurses and attendants were supportive and understanding. Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure manageable.
