"Seeming lack of care received after disclosure of drug use"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital / Advanced Heart Failure Department Fiona Stanley Hospital / Cardiology, CCU and Ward 4D

(as the patient),

I am middle aged, I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure in 2021. At the time I was homeless and using large amounts of METH, which i was totally honest about.

I've been admitted to hospital more times than I can count. Every time I am in the er and seen by the doctors if they tell me I need a few days in hospital to get rid of the fluid and my medication start working again. However a new doctor will start in the morning and tell me I'm fit to go home and discharge me, even with my persistence on telling them that I cannot manage this at home and I need to stay. I feel this is really starting to become life threatening issue
