"Cleaning services"

After months of waiting for cleaning assistance from Indigo@Home my elderly cousin (a cancer patient caring for an unwell spouse… also waiting for services!) was told; while on their way to treatment; that they could have service that very morning! As my cousin was obviously preoccupied.

The service was not delivered that day nor any further days. My cousin rang later to enquire what was happening and was told that the service was recruiting but don’t have sufficient staff to help them at the moment, so can’t offer my cousin a date or service. 

I feel concerns by clients and staff  are apparently dismissed arrogantly, not  respected nor valued by management within Indigo@Home ….
