About: POWH Community Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

Thank you for getting me back on my feet. When I was admitted to the CAU I was unable to walk or look after myself. The nurses, doctors, physio and occupational therapists where all kind, caring and all were laughing and happy.

They were interested in me as a person, helping me to achieve my goals and supporting all my needs.

I never want to go to another hospital again after this hospital stay.

A big thank you to all the CAU team for everything you have done for me

Dear FarmerGazza,

Thank you for taking the time to provide the wonderful feedback for the Community Assessment Unit (CAU). It is great to hear that your experience was so positive, and we got you back on your feet. It is also wonderful to hear that kindness, humour and person-centred care helped you to achieve your goals.

I have passed on your feedback to the CAU team, and we wish you all the best with your ongoing recovery.

Kind regards,

Brenton Ciani
A/Co-Director Nursing & Operations, POWH.
