"Midland staff numbers"

About: PathWest Midland Collection Centre

(as the patient),

Based on my experience, wait times are always lengthy, I believe there are not enough staff. 

Staff there are wonderful but seemingly run off their feet.

I’ve experienced staff be abused due to wait times and people walk in and walk out after seeing how many people are waiting. 

I’ve been going for a long time due to a chronic condition and I feel there’s been no improvement.
