"Surgery"

About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Maternity Services

(as the patient),

I recently had surgery for a hysterectomy. The dignity, respect and care that was felt from the moment I arrived - through admissions, to pre-op, anaesthetics, surgery, and recovery was exceptional. I was lucky enough to be placed in maternity for recovery due the ward being busy.

The Maternity staff were brilliant!!!
I can't thank everyone enough for my care. I was calm, relaxed and it almost felt like a mini holiday!
