"A warm and friendly reception experience"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Physiotherapy Department

(as a service user),

I would like to commend Nicole, the receptionist at the POW Physiology Department.  She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.  Nicole is especially patient with aged people like us, and she helps write down important dates when needed. Her work may simple and routine, but she brings warmth and humanity into every interaction. She does not rush anyone and shows thoughtful care through the small details.  Her professionalism and kindness help ease the tension and anxiety that often come with being in a hospital environment.  I truly appreciate her excellent services.

Dear min61,

Thank you for taking the time to write and share your positive experience of the Prince of Wales Hospital Physiotherapy Department. The Physiotherapy Department works hard to support patients, and we appreciate your acknowledgement of Nicole and the professionalism and kindness she provided.

I have shared your appreciation with the Team and will ensure Nicole takes the time to read your kind words of appreciation.

Thank you again
