"An accident"

Driving  along  suburban road  in York  i had to  turn  into the  road  near the  Holly  Trinity  Church  needing to  stop  for a minute, I opened the  car door  thinking  that I  had  put the  car in park  but I'd  put it in  nutural  getting  out of my car  i caught  my leg up  in the  seat  belt  and  leaning  out I over  balanced  an fell onto the  bitumen road  causing  all sorts of  painful  trauma.

Long  story  cut short  i was taken by  ambulance  to  northam  emergency hospital  where  i spent the night. For the  next  four  weeks or  more  the wonderful  registered  nurses  changed my  bandaging ,such  care was  given to make sure  pain was kept  to minimum, with humour and  care  it was a slow  process.

I am very  grateful  for the  help  i received  from the  nurses, some of the  treatment  is  ongoing  but I'm  in safe hands.
