I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible care we received from the midwife team throughout my pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum period. From the very beginning, Jo provided exceptional support, especially when we faced a few challenges early on. Her reassurance, calm guidance, and consistent presence made a huge difference, and I always felt genuinely cared for and listened to.

Our daughter arrived earlier than expected, and although we were a little surprised, we were never without support. Jo and Yvonne were with us throughout the labour, offering compassion and care. Steph joined us to deliver our baby girl, and together with Jo and Yvonne, helped create a positive water birth experience for us.

The support didn’t end after the birth. The postpartum period was challenging for us, and the ongoing care from the midwife team particularly their feeding support and reassurance was truly invaluable. Steph and Yvonne supported us in the days after birth at home and, Jo continued to support us in the weeks that followed, helping us develop feeding plans and making sure we felt confident and headed in the right direction.

We also want to acknowledge the ward midwives and doctors who cared for us during our hospital stay and throughout the pregnancy. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication were evident at every stage.

We cannot recommend this team highly enough. Their collective care made our journey into parenthood feel safe, supported, and filled with warmth. We are deeply grateful and wouldn’t want to give birth anywhere else.
