We are happy with the service provided for domestic assistance and personal assistance by the staff who visit us twice weekly.
The office systems and communication from the office still needs a lot of work.
The SMS phone system is confusing. I get SMS messages from multiple numbers and the message never identifies what service is being offered, changed or not provided (we get both da and pa on one week day and pa on another weekday but 2 messages with times and no way of checking which service it is for.
The rostering has improved in regards to working around our appointments. One member has a neurological condition and is needing consistency of care and we notice of late our regular staff and times are regularly altered. We understand that the are occasions that a regular time or person is not practical but we would really like more consistency. I have a growing number of appointments, many of which we have to travel to, so more regular times would be great.
