(as the patient),

I would just like to commend all the nurses & staff from my recent stay at Charlie’s, I was only in for a short procedure, everyone was so kind and helpful, especially Shelly in the satellite ward and Sue in the short stay ward, who did her absolute best to accommodate any requests I had. In saying that, everyone from pre to post op were fantastic! Thank you
