We want to reach out to thank the amazing Team at Busselton Emergency department.

Their prompt care enabled a positive outcome for my husbands sudden collapse from a stroke, luckily he was close to the department but the early recognition from his colleague Rhe and the clinical care he received from the ED team was phenomenal .He received throbolysis in ED which saved him from what would have been a very different outcome. A special thank you to Dr Andrea and the ED team who supported my husband. Your kindness and swift response will never be forgotten.

We would also like to thank the support from the APTC ,RFDS team for the helicopter transfer. And the FSH stroke team who continue to support my husbands recovery. We have so many thank you’s to make including the ongoing care provided by our South west stroke team .
