When I first got here, I was in a very dark place. I felt no happiness, nothing but sadness. Over my 12 week stay, this changed for me. I went from feeling s**t to feeling great. I feel like I've got my life back again after having lost it for so long.

I met some really great people, and discovered I am more resilient than I thought I was. I no longer think about using or how bad my life is. Instead I am filled with hope and pride. I write this as I finish my 12 weeks at Wyla, and I write it with a smile. The staff are lovely and very caring. The program is useful and relevant. Originally, I was only going to stay 6 weeks but I ended up staying 12 and I don't regret it.

Based on my experience, if you are struggling with addiction, I would highly recommend Wyla. It has given me hope for my life again and tools that help navigate the world with the disease of addiction. Thank you to the Wyla staff and residents.

What a positive, uplifting message to read. Congratulations on all of your hard work which is obviously bringing some really good things into your life.

Well done on completing 12 weeks in resi, it is an amazing achievement and not an easy one. It sounds like you discovered a lot about yourself during your stay and have some solid tools to help you living back in the community.

I can feel the positivity which you have for life and I hope that it only grows.

It sounds like you embraced all the routines, tools and techniques which your learnt in Wyla and it is making real differences in your like.
