A big thank you to Giane, our nurse today- he gave my son his immunisations. Giane was gentle and friendly to my children, involving them both in the process and turning a stressful treatment into an overall enjoyable and relaxed experience.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with Giane at our Child Health Immunisation Clinic at Karratha Health Campus. I was very pleased to read your son received gentle and friendly care while receiving his immunisations. Giane’s approach of including your children in the immunisation process, making it a positive and relaxed experience, reflects the collaborative and family-centred care our child health nurses and the organisation values.

I look forward to sharing your lovely feedback with the team who will appreciate knowing the compassionate care provided to families really does make a difference.
