"Shanty Creek"

About: Shanty Creek Residential Rehabilitation Facility

(as a service user),

When I first arrived at Shanty Creek, I found it challenging. I discovered there were aspects of my personality and behaviours that were not acceptable or appropriate for Shanty Creek, the community or myself. My behaviour changed over my 100 days at Shanty Creek; this happened with me activity seeking help and advised from the Case Manager Tanya and the staff.

I can confidently say with the help I received from Tanya and Shanty Creek I am a better person, and looking forward to my future.

Dear Cassanova,

Thank you for sharing your story. It is great to read how the Shanty Creek residential program and staff helped you identify behaviours that you were able to work on and improve.

At Lives Lived Well, we believe that with the right tools people can change their lives and it sounds like you have done that. Take what you have learnt and keep working towards being that 'better person'.

Also be kind to yourself and congratulate yourself for the work you have put in to improve your situation.

Always reach out if you need additional support - we are here to help. Ph: 1300 727 957.

All the best for a substance free and happy future.

LM
