About: Busselton Health Campus / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I recently had a day procedure at the Busselton Surgical Unit and honestly the whole experience was great from start to finish. Intake was smooth, everyone was friendly, and I felt looked after the entire time.

Huge shoutout to Pauline and Tam, the lovely reception lady (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name), my anaesthetist Sean, the OR nurse who cared for me, and Bec in recovery. Everything flowed really well and I never felt rushed or confused.

The education and follow-up with Jo afterwards was also excellent. Overall, a really smooth, positive experience and I’m genuinely grateful to the whole team.
