My GP recommended I see Dr -Mr Saud regarding soreness in my right nipple. I am 82 and spent a wonderful career in Management. I only mention that briefly, because I think Mr Saud was simply 'Amazing'. I was booked into PHC in October and attended for pre-admission a few days earlier. The young lady at the desk - blue glasses - was lovely, as was Nurse Denise. So friendly and efficient.
I attended at 6.30am and my journey began in Webster Ward. The Staff were 'super Professional' and amusing - yes, amusing. There were student Nurses too. I spent 18 extremely happy years as a Student Housing Manager at Curtin University. The interaction between experienced staff, Trainees and Patients .was superb. I won't even attempt to mention everyone in detail as my brain is not that good, but from the moment Sue and I entered PHC and were greeted and guided, the experience was Super Friendly, Super Efficient, Super informative. I think they referred the last stop on my journey as the 'Departure Lounge' or something like that and if ever there was a "Well Oiled Machine", this was it. I couldn't even begin to mention 'everyone', but from beginning with Dr-Mr Saud to the young man who brought me Breakfast, the entire experience was overwhelming. I was too busy feeling happy to think about being in hospital. A since thank you to you all.
