(as a parent/guardian),

I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to the Esperance hospital for the amazing care you provided (again!!) for my son with a broken arm.

In ED, Brooke, Steve, Bec and deepa were fabulous. Deepa - thankyou so much for taking care of my younger child as well, she appreciated your kindness as did I.

Dr Zaid and Dale were brilliant, and I truly believe your skills and follow up saved us from a trip to Perth.

Doris on the ward took great care of him overnight, we knew he was in safe hands and he would be happy to ask if he needed help.

And last but not at all least, Terrance the PCA. You took the time to chat to us, make everyone smile, and even popped in to see if we needed a cuppa the next morning. Thanks Terrance, you made a stressful 12 hours much easier for us all.
